Refund Policy

Every book is generated to your specification, with two approval checkpoints and free revision tools — so most problems are fixable, and we'd rather fix than refund. That said:

Generated books: if your book came out wrong and the revision tools didn't rescue it, email support@storiesyoushape.com within 14 days of purchase with the book title. A person reads every request; if the book didn't deliver what the product promises, you get your money back.

Printed copies: printed books are made to order, so email us promptly if something's wrong with your order — before printing starts we can usually cancel it entirely. Once your copy arrives, if it's damaged or misprinted, send a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it.

Unused book credits (from our earlier pricing): refunded anytime, no questions — just email us.

Refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
